Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Lactalis
Lactalis is committed to reflecting and integrating diversity and social diversity within its teams, while complying with local regulations. The diversity of employee profiles and skills is key to the success and development of Lactalis, which operates in more than 70 countries.
Lactalis has formally committed to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with the signing of a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy by the Group Operations Director in 2023.
Lactalis' policy is based on two pillars:
Professional equality between women and men: Lactalis has set itself the goal of not exceeding 60% of one gender in leadership positions by 2033.
Inclusion: Lactalis has set itself the goals of training 100% of its employees in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and implementing action plans in four areas: Cultures and Origins, Intergenerational, Disability, and Identities.
