Lactalis has formally committed to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with the signing of a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy by the Group Operations Director in 2023.
Lactalis' policy is based on two pillars:
Professional equality between women and men: Lactalis has set itself the goal of not exceeding 60% of one gender in leadership positions by 2033.
Inclusion: Lactalis has set itself the goals of training 100% of its employees in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and implementing action plans in four areas: Cultures and Origins, Intergenerational, Disability, and Identities.
