LACTALIS GROUP'S 2025-2027 MULTI-YEAR PLAN FOR DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY

Introduction

Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 on equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of persons makes it mandatory for the entities covered by this text to have digital accessibility to the online public communication services.

In this context and in accordance with III of the aforementioned article, the Lactalis group has developed this multi-year plan for digital accessibility, intended to extend over the period 2025-2027.

Accessibility Policy

The Lactalis group pays particular attention to digital accessibility issues as part of its action to promote the integration of people with disabilities.

This desire is illustrated by the development of this multi-year digital accessibility plan associated with annual action plans, with the aim of supporting RGAA (General Accessibility Improvement Framework) compliance and the improvement of the Lactalis Group's online public communication services, i.e. websites, intranet, extranet, mobile applications, and the software packages concerned (hereinafter the "Services").

Accessibility referent

The development, monitoring and updating of this multi-year plan is the responsibility of the digital accessibility referent appointed by the Lactalis group. The digital accessibility referent can be contacted at accessibilite@fr.lactalis.com

Its missions are as follows:

  • make an inventory of the Services concerned;
  • monitor the progress of the consideration of digital accessibility, in particular with regard to the multi-year plan put in place;
  • promote accessibility through awareness-raising actions and the dissemination of standards and good practices in terms of digital accessibility;
  • ensure the provision of regular training on digital accessibility;
  • ensure compliance with Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 and in particular the RGAA by ensuring that audits and compliance of the Services are carried out according to the priorities chosen, in accordance with the action plan for the current year;
  • collect and process requests from users who encounter accessibility issues;
  • report to the management of the Lactalis group on the progress of the Services' compliance with the regulations on digital accessibility.

Human and financial resources allocated to digital accessibility

In the context of new projects and upcoming redesigns, the consideration of digital accessibility will be adequately budgeted in workload plans and orders from internal or external service providers.

The Lactalis group also ensures that the necessary staff is allocated to take digital accessibility into account in the various projects carried out. In this regard, the Lactalis group will provide the accessibility referent with the necessary resources so that he can carry out his missions.

Organisation of the consideration of digital accessibility

The implementation of the Lactalis group's digital accessibility policy implies an adaptation of the internal organisation of the services concerned. It also requires support for employees as well as the care of people with disabilities when they report difficulties.

The elements below describe the points on which the Lactalis Group will rely to improve the digital accessibility of all its Services.

Human Resources Policy

Training and awareness-raising action

Throughout the period of application of this scheme and beyond, training and awareness-raising actions will be continued in order to enable the employees involved on the Services to develop, edit and upload accessible content.

These training courses concern the following profiles:

  • Employees in charge of IT developments (production and maintenance of Services): training dedicated to compliance with accessibility rules in development
  • IT project managers and marketing/communication managers: training dedicated to the integration of digital accessibility into all phases of a Services.
  • project

A training plan will be programmed to train IT project managers and developers internally in order to integrate accessibility issues into all the projects concerned.

These training courses will enable Lactalis Group staff to take into account the constraints of digital accessibility from the creation phase of the Services.

This training plan will be spread out according to priorities and needs between 2025 and 2027, in accordance with the annual plans.

Recruitment

Attention will be paid to the digital accessibility skills of employees working on IT services as part of the recruitment. Job descriptions will be developed with these aspects in mind.

Use of external expertise

Whenever necessary, external stakeholders will be called upon to support the Lactalis group in taking digital accessibility into account. This may be the case in particular in the context of awareness-raising and training actions, support actions and audit actions of the Services concerned.

Consideration of digital accessibility in projects

The objectives of accessibility and compliance with the RGAA will be mentioned and recalled in the project briefs and during the communications established with the Lactalis group's partner teams or agencies

User Test

As part of the user tests organised as part of a project relating to the Services, the panel of users constituted will include, as far as possible, a person with a disability.

The Lactalis group aims to systematize this practice for its future projects as well as redesign operations.

Relationship with users of the Services

Processing of requests / user feedback

In accordance with the provisions of the RGAA and the legitimate expectations of users, a means of contact will be set up, as the work to bring them into compliance progresses, on each Service allowing users with disabilities to report any difficulties they may have.

This means of contact will be accessible from the accessibility statement of each Service concerned.

The Lactalis Group will acknowledge receipt of these requests as soon as possible and will respond to them within one week from the date of sending, unless the request raises one or more complex issues.

Technical and functional scope

Census of the Services concerned

The entities of the Lactalis group reference more than fifty Services in France. A classification has been established to identify Services to benefit from priority of compliance. An accessibility statement for each Priority Service will be published. Each accessibility statement will be available on a dedicated "digital accessibility" page that can be consulted directly from the bottom of the home page of the Service concerned.

Scope of the Lactalis group's multi-year plan

This multi-year plan applies to all Lactalis Group entities in France. However, each of them remains individually responsible for making it digitally accessible, in line with the ambitions and commitments of the Lactalis Group.

Control and validation process

Each Service may be subject to a review in the event of a substantial update or redesign in order to establish a declaration of conformity in accordance with the terms of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005. This control will be carried out internally or through a specialised external service provider in collaboration with the accessibility referent.

These control operations, intended for the establishment or updating of declarations of conformity, are carried out in addition to the usual acceptance and intermediate controls that will be organised, if necessary, throughout the life of the projects.

Assessment and Qualification

The level of importance of each Service must be qualified according to criteria such as attendance, service rendered, criticality.

Rapid accessibility assessments, which can serve as a basis for the development of audit interventions, have been or will be carried out on all the Services concerned.

These evaluations cover a limited number of criteria chosen for their relevance in terms of assessing the complexity and feasibility of upgrading to RGAA.

These assessments are used to prioritize the compliance operations that need to be carried out.

Planned Agenda of Interventions

Based on the information gathered during the development of this plan, the complexity of the Services, their prioritization and their assessment in terms of feasibility, Compliance operations will be spread over the years 2025 to 2027.

Annual Plans

This multi-year plan is accompanied by annual action plans that describe in detail the operations implemented to meet all needs in terms of digital accessibility.

  • 2025 Annual Plan: developed and published in the Service's accessibility statement.
