Dairy products are an essential weapon in the fight against hunger and malnutrition. Milk is a superfood and unique raw material, a source of high nutritional value proteins, vitamins B2 and B12, phosphorus, potassium and calcium. That natural goodness makes milk and dairy products an important food category in health organizations’ nutritional recommendations. We develop simple products with minimal processing and which, thanks to suitable packaging, are accessible to everyone.
Our capacity for innovation is used to combine health requirements, technical advances and consumer preferences. We work to improve our products, primarily by limiting the levels of sugar and added salt, and simplifying our recipes by reducing, for example, the number of additives. An internal classification of ingredients, following public guidelines and our customers’ requirements, guides the revision of our recipes.
